I am done - I Think

I have been a member of Terb for some time now, actually joined a few years ago and left for a while, it was at a time when some of the apparently younger terbites seemed more content with whining about how they didn’t get their way in respect to something… “The lady didn’t do this or that”, “She was a no show”, “She was late”, “Double booked” etc. While these are things that are frustrating, especially if one has gone out of their way to see the lady, the individuals that were doing the whining came across, at least to me, as believing that since they were paying for the ladies time she had better damn well do what they were expecting. They seemed to forget that under all the makeup, the lingerie, or less, the women that we turned to; Would help us to forget the frustrations and stresses of our daily lives, they made each of us feel that we could accomplish anything. They forgot that these women were human too; they had struggles, frustrations, and aggravations just like us. They forgot that by times the lives of these women would be in conflict with ours and that hey “shit happens” so move on.

As indicated this was some time ago, and I felt that I had better things to do then waste my time reading posts that were nothing short of written temper tantrums. So I left for a while and came back, primarily because I missed the laughter that sometimes was caused, I missed the sense of belonging to a group of people some of which, although I have never met, came across through their posts as being insightful, intelligent and basically decent people.

There are some Terbites, that as before some I have never met, but I have found that I have a great respect for them, these people will be missed; Individuals like Calloway, Hammertm, MrO, Cutterbuck, Magicmanofmassage, Indy to name just a few. I found these individuals to be a great source of laughter, information, and to my mind, I believe that there are none better in this world.

Then there are the ladies oh the ladies what can be said to properly honour the ladies, especially ladies like; Shauna, Victoria, Mariah and a number that I never met personally but read so very much about. There was one lady in particular, Cutterbuck will know who I am referring to, she can never be, nor should ever be forgotten. Given the Calibre of the ladies that we have all come to know and appreciate, there are not enough words in the English language to adequately express my esteem or to describe them. Words like gorgeous, intelligent, sophisticated, delicate, strong, did I mention gorgeous (worth stating a second, or third time even), great friends, if only for a short while, fondly remembered, passionately fantasized about.

But as in everything in this life all things must end, my reasons for starting in this hobby are mine and as such very personal. I would not feel comfortable trying to explain them and I do not believe you really want to know, but it has run its course, as have I.

I would not for a moment try to convince myself that I will never be back so I will keep my Terb membership active and will probably check in once in a while. Will I never see another lady, never is a long time, and one doesn’t easily forget ladies like Shauna, Mariah, that nameless lady I “spoke” of sooner. Therefore, I will leave the answer to that question to your devious minds, and not say anything further in that regard. I can, however, say that I will be working towards the next chapter in my life and eventually, I will no longer be seeing any ladies nor participating further in this hobby how soon that will be I am not certain at this time. I will leave you with one thought though; consider it my epitaph if you will. This is a statement made by the character known as Dr. Sidney Freedman in at least two Mash episodes; "Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice, pull down your pants and slide on the ice"

With all the kind words and best wishes how could I, in good conscience, not reply and say thank you to you all for your kindness and encouragement. Calloway you may be right I may be back in six months, or less, I may once again heed the call that is the softness and the warmth of the ladies that I have, rather that we all have, come to know, but for now, at least, I strongly doubt it.

As Cutterbuck has alluded, I have spoken of this decision with him for some time, and with a number of significant changes beginning to take place in my life it simply came down to what was right for me now and for the future and this is the path I must take, to do otherwise is to deny the truth. Mr O and justhavingfun, if you slide fast enough your butt doesn’t stick, just don’t stop.

Some have mentioned that this is a post that is to a degree somewhat sad for want of better description rather for me it is simply a statement of success, I accomplished that which I wished to. I have met some ladies that even now fill my dreams and in a very good way and I have memories that I will cherish forever. Will I miss you? Most definitely, will I miss the warmth, the friendship, the gentle, delicate, and at the same time strong personalities that the ladies I have come to know, just a little, always presented themselves with, a hundred times, yes.

One thing I know for sure I am a better person for having met and interacted, in whatever form, with each individual that I have had the privilege and honour to meet and get to know. Whether in person, such as the ladies, or even a gentleman like Cutterbuck, or by PM. I have gained from each of you and as such, I, and will continue to, benefit from the better part of our relationship together.

Again, thank you all, and this time I will end with another quote this one from a movie that was released a number of years ago. It states; “You have been my friend, I have been and ever shall be yours”

Shauna a special reply to you, mere words cannot describe my admiration, and the level of respect and appreciation that I have for you. Without fear of contradiction, you are a beautiful person in every possible sense of the word. Thank you for all that you are and have been to me, please continue to strive for the very best because I have no doubt whatsoever that whatever you aspire to you will achieve and then some.
