I used one service once and now I have forgotten how to do it?

Someone help....

What I want ...

Using a Browser access a website that allows me to access other websites and surf anonymously... no recording of my IP address.

Anyone?

I know of one proxy server that can allow you to do this. Try www.vtunnel.com. You go to this site and then enter the URL you want to surf to. I believe it hides your IP address and allows to surf the net anonymously. HOpe this helps.
