Apparently there is a site that you go to to empty your blackberry correct? Is there a new site or something? Someone I know is having trouble with it.
If you have security settings on your Blackberry (need to enter a password before you can use it), just enter the wrong password 10 times in a row. On attempts 6 & 9 you will ahve to enter the word "blackberry" before you enter a wrong password.
After 10 wrong passwords, the Blackberry wipes itself.
Connect the handheld to the desktop by placing it into the cradle or attaching it to the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable.
Go to BlackBerry Desktop Manager > Backup and Restore and click Advanced.
Highlight the database you want to delete and click Clear.
To remove all of the data from your handheld;
Connect the handheld to the desktop by placing it into the cradle or attaching it to the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable.
Go to BlackBerry Desktop Manager > Application Loader.
In the Existing Data Preservation window select the Erase existing handheld application data check box and Erase existing handheld applications check box before loading the new applications onto your handheld.
