My monitor is showing a double image. Really noticeable on words and horizontal lines. There is about a video line difference between the lines. Anyone had this? Is it video card or monitor?

Check your cabling, if it's all tight...then try the monitor on another computer if you can...or the computer on a different monitor...either way you'll be able to tell which it is, the monitor or the card.
