I wouldn't get motorolla. they have very very poor build quality. I've owned a V300, V600 and a Razr and all 3 have broken on me. The problem was always the speaker phone and after reading some posts on
www.howardforums.com they all pointed out that there's little to no rubber protecting the speaker phone when you close the clamshell. As a result there is a lot of shock damage to the speaker and often it quits on you. The problem itself isn't new, but motorolla failed to fix it in three phones which makes me wonder how good they really are.
For what it's worth, get a nokia. There's a new one, 6682 being released this month has wonderful reviews.

I'll be buying this one as soon as rogers sorts out the pricing plan for a hardware upgrade.
Also one bit of advice, if you belong to a large company, rogers has special plans for hardware upgrades which include waiving the admin fees, discounts on phones as well $50-150 credits on your phone bill, if anyone wants to know more about it, PM me. It saved me a lot of money.
