I'm not aware of any SP from any local incall that "openly" promotes this service... unlike TO. In most cases it's a YMMV issue and there's no way any of us can guarantee you will receive the same level of service... sorry. The good news is you've found some ladies that offer BBBJ and maybe this will one day develop into the service you require.

I can understand the "rush" of having a BBBJCIM. But big picture says maybe this is what you DO NOT want your girl to provide. I do not think I want to be the next client having DFK.

and yet you'd be okay with the prospct that she more likely does it with her boyfriend before she sees you? hell the girl that does CBJ likely has done BBBJ on the BF befor you, so that'd be moe of a worry in my mind. no offense but using any kind of mouthwash vigorosly between appts will kill anything you might be afraid of, which is what you fave girl (and even more likely with BBBJ girls) likely already does after every client as well as after her boyfriend or random flings or whatever. besides the whole 'i'd hate to be the next guy' line merely insinuates that people would be okay with it if they were the first guy of the mornng.

There's a lot more to worry about if you see a lady that routinely gives BBBJCIM. I am always astounded by the many members here that constantly seek out ladies that only give BBBJ and more.

This thought process is scary. My oh my, please educate yourself with medical experts, you are so way off base. Don't take offense, just trying to enlighten you to do more research.

barring already having herpes, there isnt anything that could be temporarily residing in her mouth after the alcohol in mouthwash is done with it. of course if that is the case then it doesn't matter if she is giving CBJ or BBBJ because the kiss will doom yo regardless. it seems it is more likely that it is you who needs to do better research into the actual numbers. i know media hysteria usually guides most people's perceptions and 'facts' so perhaps you should look up a few real reports.

the main point remains that ALL girls could've had BBBJ with a client or non-client before you and as such you'd always be at equal risk by kissing in all situations. actually you're more likely to be in medical danger kissing some chick at some meat market style night club as they won't have even takn the most simple precautions.

Alcohol in the mouthwash has no effect on Chlamydia or gonorrhea that could be infected in the back of the throat. Alcohol in the mouthwash has no effect if a lady has an open sore in her mouth and she is exposed to an HIV penis' precum. Please don't live in false hope. Bacterial infections are treated with antibiotics NOT alcohol. Viruses are impervious to antibiotics.
