Printing using windows explorer

having a problem printing webpages and emails using internet explorer, when you click file > print it just prints a blank page, it seems like the information never gets to the printer... when you click print preview , it shows a blank page.

It prints fine from notepad and wordpad

I googled the problem, I got a microsoft bulltetin that met the problem but its solution didnt work


anyone have any ideas? greatly appreciated..

using windows xp home, all updates have been done
