Henry and June. The whole movie is pretty erotic. The three most erotic scenes, for me: Anais Nin and her husband watching a private show of two woman going at it in a Paris brothel.
Anais and Henry Miller getting it on in a room just behind a stage as her husband plays the drums a few feet away. Anais and Henry's wife (Uma Thurman) getting it on as Henry sleeps nearby. Lush photography, slow but passionate. Great stuff!

There's also a fairly dreadful movie, I think it has Wild in the title, that has quite a nice scene with Joan Chen and Anne Heche.

Not knowing what to expect, I kept thinking that these two lovelies would be great together but at the same time chastised myself for being such a perv and looking at everything in a sexual connotation. Back on task, this might sound ridiculous but there is a scene in Matt Helm, the 60's spy spoof with Dean Martin, where Dean rips off Stella Stevens' dress and she is left there standing in bra, panties, and stockings. When I was a kid, I thought that was just about the hottest thing.
