The following is my all time favourite piece of humour.
There was a little boy and little girl that were next door neighbours. As is normal for ones so young, they were in constant competition with each other.
One day when they met outside to play, the boy decided to taunt his friend. He said to her, "Look at my brand new bike". Her response was, "Look at my brand new doll carriage". The little guy thought for a moment and said, "Look at my new pants". She replied with, "Look at my pretty new dress". Desperately trying to out do her the little guy got a grin on his face, pulled down his pants and stated "Look what I've got!". Not to be out done the sweet little girl lifted her dress up and ....there was nothing there! She burst into tears and ran home. The little guy was on top of the world, this was the first time he had topped her! About 15 minutes later, the little girl came back out to play. She didn't say anything, but had this mischievous smile on her face. After a few minutes the little guy couldn't take it any longer, he had to ask " What are you so happy about?"
With a smile from ear to ear, the little girl replied, "My Mommy said, as long as I have one of these, I can have as many of those as I want!"
Gentlemen, therein lies the power that really rules the world!
