My choice would be Cambridge close to the 401.

I love the current place for location and quality however a large client base (Sky's place is popular)coming and going was sure to be a problem sooner or later IMHO. Another SP a couple of years ago had a rather nasty problem with other tenants. Hopefully this is not in the making.

Best location seem to be Victoria/Westmount area in a lowrise maybe on a floor without other occupants. Most have good parking and you can stay low key.

Best choice would be in Cambridge or at least somewhere near the 401 for us out-of-towners:)

Our move

Thank you for all of the responses, I too love the apartment that we are in, its very classy but there is alot of traffic coming and going and I dont ever want a problume to occure where a client is put in a situation that is unfair.

Im personally thinking of staying in the Fairveiw area as it is close to home and if I need to I can pop over in no time. Also it is close to the express way so Im still looking but hopefully we can find something soon.

The Westmount and Victoria area is nice too, Eden and Alley Cats are both in that area and as they are both friends of mine , I could go over for a javva some times but I find that it is harder to jump on the express way from there.

Restasure that I will find something but we may have to close for a day to do the move and set everything up again. Anyways thanks again for getting back to me.

Take care

Skylar

I hope the neighbours are not creating issues, for you Sky.
When you have 10+ clients coming to a incall per day, 7 days a week. I can see a neighbour thinking that something is going on and causing issues. Clients sometimes think with the wrong head and do not exercise caution when coming and going from incalls.
Had a scary experience once with a local hotel. Too many people just standing around, no privacy. After that I would no longer book in that type of location.

I agree....I dont want neighbours seeing me come and go either...a secluded unit is nice...something with a utility room or laundry room for a neighbour...Some hobbyists dont think about the fact that they aren't likely the only one visiting that day.

We've moved

I just wanted to come out to let everyone know that we have made our move and over the last few days have been setting everything up. There are some finishing touches that still need to be made, ie, painting, decorating but we are up and running and as of tommorow the land line will be on using the same number as before as we are right down the street from where we were before.

As of today though we are using the cell phone, I belive you all still have that number, however if you need it, just pm me. Anyways I hope everyone is well, talk to you all again soon. :)
