I recently switched from Bell to Rogers Hi-Speed and have noticed since the installation of the Rogers software that my internet explorer does not retain cookies (I think that`s what it`s called).

When I visit https://terb.cc I have to login in everytime with my user id and password. In the past it I did not have to do this because the user name and password would be remembered automatically. Same thing when logging on to other sites. Username does not come in automatically. It`s getting annoying.

I have already checked my internet security level, and it is set to low to allow all cookies. Still no change. I do not have any firewall at the moment. I`m not sure where else to check. Any ideas.

Help is appreciated.

Try using Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, You can save all passwords and cookies on firefox.

i have rogers also but don't have any problems. Call rogers and they can help you. Teir not bad at the helping game. Also go to tools and to internet options. Both security and privacy should be set to medium.

Try updating to the latest version of MS Internet Explorer.

That may solve the problem.

If that does not work...check the Tools>options and make sure cookies are checked.

Use the Privacy tab in Tools -> Internet Options. A medium setting should be OK.

You maybe be running a utility in the background that cleans up your system and Internet surfing history. These application help remove traces collected by your operating system and Internet browser to ensure sensitive data is not disclosed.

Do a Ctrl+Alt+del and check the applications and processes running.

In addition to the Security setting, go to Tools>Internet Options>Content, and under Personal information use AutoComplete - choose to use it for passwords, it'll start saving them for you.

I have an Osprey cordless mouse and can't get it to work on my Toshiba laptop. I've tried plugging the "key" into all the USB ports. Should it come with software...

Does anyone know who manufacturers the Osprey mouse?
