Just got back from Ruby's. Yeah, Yeah I know, I was warned. But to be fair I've been going there for years and I've ALWAYS been satisfied with my experiences.
Today was the exception. Saw a new girl, Ivory, apparently she has been there about a month. Attractive, nice body, 19 or 20 years old. As soon as I hit the room, I was hit with the tipping schedule ( remember I've been going there for 3 or 4 years). I assured her that I knew the routine and had no problems with it. I went for the full nude massage, $80.
After 10 minutes of steadily rubbing my back and no conversation, I asked if it gets any better this. She says what do you mean? I said you're going over the same spots over and over again. The answer was I have to fill up the 45 minutes.
Trying to escalate things, I rolled over onto my back. Massage continued on my arms, then my chest then eventually a little lower. I thought things were getting better, but as I put my hand on her back, she removed it and commented that I only paid for the nude massage, not nude reverse. I said the reverse was always included in the price before and she emphasized the new sign - nude reverse $100.
At this point we had been in the room about 18 minutes, no erotic massage, no communication, no chemistry. I terminated the session and asked for at least a partial refund since we had only used about a third of the time and mood had certainly been spoil. Completely refusal. Apparently the policy is that even if she had been nude for anly 5 minutes, she was still entilted to the full tip, no matter how bad the massage was.
I discussed the issue with the other staff, since I knew one of them quite well. She called the manager who wasn't available. So after a half hour discussion, the ruling stands no refund. I tried to appeal to them from a customer service perspective. It didn't matter. Customer service wasn't the issue: you saw her nude so pay for it.
As I said I've had many a good times there and the girls were fantastic. This is one cold chick. It's all about money. Maybe it was her inexperience in making people feel comfortable. But I think she'll soon learn that without the customers there is no money.
