2) There are no 'chosen people' so clearly there is nobody who has the right to slaughter anyone and there are no lesser humans as well.
3) At no point in that quote did I suggest that Palestinians are 'lesser humans', what happened is you read 'lesser humans' so you immediately said 'yes, that means Palestinians because in the shack world they are lesser humans'. All you did was confirm your views.

The conflict going on is between Israel and Hamas (representing Palestinians), so clearly the "lesser humans" reference can only be intended to mean Palestinians. I think that all of your protestations may have convinced one person, you.
